MEDIAMORPHOSIS - The Shape of Things to Come

"Both print and digital media are facing changes. Digitalization and development of technology shape both the media and user experience. But what are actually the trends and future vision? Participate now and affect the shape of things to come!"

This one-day seminar, organized by Tekes, KCL, Lume and Media Lab UIAH, brought together the most recent business and research topics in the field on November 26, 2004 at Media Centre Lume. The seminar was constructed of industry insights and presentations of the latest research. The seminar materials, presentation slides and videos, are now available on this site.

About the presentation videos

The seminar presentations were captured as videos during the seminar, and are now available within the presentation documents. They are encoded in MPEG-4 format and to watch them you will need QuickTime 6 (available here).

The media production was realized as part of the Media Lab's Mediaspaces project (http://arki.uiah.fi/mediaspaces).
